Hi, I’m Randy Excellent, I have been a coach of many forms for over the past 12 years as a sales trainer, business owner, mentor, consultant and basketball coach. I’ve gratefully been responsible for managing, coaching, and leading over 1,000 people in different life capacities. On the business side, I’ve been responsible for over 7 million dollars in sales.
That’s nothing to brag about, I have a lot more challenges to overcome, goals to hit and impact to make in people’s lives. It started with me impacting myself on a daily basis with the habits that lead me to my goals that have been accomplished up until this point and will continue to for the rest of my life.
I believe it is important to have people in your life that can offer strategies for what it is you’re looking to accomplish. Having extra insights on how to overcome situations when you hit those roadblocks is beneficial. By having that type of influence, it allows you to execute the near sighted activities you are doing on a daily basis with the long term vision in mind.
That’s exactly what I did, I sought out the people who had fruit on the tree and did exactly what they did. I studied the success habits of top executives and sales professionals in many industries. I know in order to truly do remarkable things, you must lean on the shoulders of the giant minds; Lean on the wisdom of those that come before you that have fruit on the tree.
