Randy is a dedicated coach in all aspects. For me, he was meant to help me improve in my sales, but he ended up helping me with many personal issues from school and work to family and relationships. Randy’s constant guidance and encouragement helps improve your decision making by providing an objective, nonpartisan opinion on issues that you are usually too emotionally involved with to think rationally and clearly. He doesn’t provide you with answers at your hard moments; he prompts you with questions, so you have a deeper understanding of yourself and the situation, which results in more logical solutions instead of decisions derived from emotions.
