Randy Excellent consistently pushed me to be successful. My first couple weeks as a rep were rough. I was all about the hustle and the only rep from my office doing so. With little direction, but plenty of heart I made it to 10k for my first push. Randy happened to sit next to me at dinner during limo night and we began to talk about my experience. Randy took a shot on me even though I was unproven. He saw my potential and capability to be successful. Throughout the rest of the summer Randy helped me to refine my sales skills as well as my character. Randy was always available whenever needed. He encouraged me to keep hustling while teaching me new techniques and approaches. Randy Excellent is much more than a coach or a mentor. He’s a friend, confidant, and someone you can trust. He genuinely cares about his people and wants to see them succeed. My sales for the second push doubled my first push with almost 20k. I was even a couple hundred away from a 10k week. I doubt any of this would’ve been possible without Randy’s coaching. If you have the opportunity to be coached by Randy, don’t hesitate because it is an excellent opportunity.
