Randy Excellent helped accelerate my career in more ways than being financially successful. He undoubtedly helped me reach success in hitting and surpassing my professional goals, but as for my personal life, he taught me the most important life lesson of all: I am where I am now because of my actions, therefore, I alone have the power to be where I want to be. In a sales capacity, that may be a hard pill to swallow. It’s easy to blame Mrs. or Mr. Jones on why we weren’t able to sell our product, but if you stop and think, you’ll realize that your success – as well as life – is not a result of one separate variable, but a multitude of variables. Thankfully, not all variables need to go our way – only most of them. It is up to you to set those dominoes in motion. Randy helped me realized the domino effect of what we could control to help achieve the results we want. Thanks to Randy’s tutelage, I am where I want to be professionally and in life.
