This man exceeded my expectations ten fold. I used his business due to his previous success and experience with our sales company; however, through his coaching I learned advanced customer service skills, life skills, and helped hone my communication skills. He genuinely cares about the people he works with, makes time for his clients, and follows through on his word. Randy was available when I needed him, and would stay up late at night for an unscheduled coaching call even though he was not required to.
