I started coaching with Randy during the middle of July right before our SC2 conference/competition began. I have to admit, I was very hesitant at first because I honestly thought coaching would be a waste of time & money. I felt like I knew it all & what anyone would tell me I already knew. However, I came to find out that my opinion was very wrong. Within the first few days I learned more about communication skills and building personal relationships with people than I had ever known before. Randy not only taught me new things about working, but also helped me expand my knowledge about the things I already knew about. I am grateful to say that during the difficult times I had with him I had remarkable breakthroughs that not only helped me while working but also helped me when it came to evaluating myself in certain situations. Randy helped me focus on what was important in my life & the goals I had set for my future not just through work. He really helped me realize that work is important but it is not the most important thing in life. I learned that having strong relationships with those closest to you & not yet so close to you is very important & making sure to take time for yourself is highly necessary. I would highly suggest for everyone to take coaching lessons from Mr. Randy Excellent because what I learned will definitely stay with me through any job I have in the future and throughout my life.
